The Ridley predicament

Glenn Guilbeau has a good piece on Stevan Ridley's "academic dishonesty issue.'' I'll post the link when I get it.

So here are some thoughts.

1) Cam Newton's dad wanted $180,000 but he plays onl; Ridley is out for academics. Makes sense.

2) If Ridley doesn't regain his eligibility, who gets the carries? Michael Ford got more action as the season went along. Spencer Ware and Alfred Blue figure in the mix. But it's hard replacing a 1,000-yard rusher. The good news is with extra time (Cotton Bowl is on Jan. 7) LSU should be able to figure this out.

I hope none of the NCAA leaders come around me..In or out of tiger stadium..Because I am going to punch them right in the nose.
Cam Newton can play, but Ridley is out, right?
Because of the reasons we read about..I am also, going to kick them in a very low spot.

Ford,Ware,Blue, that about what we have..Murphy has not done anything
to speak of,so I guess that it.
God, what kind a mess is this NCAA,
Can they do anything right?
Lets give the NCAA to Mexico, the drug boss, can us a well run under the table bunch of men like them.

So the members of the NCAA will let Auburn QB Cam Newton and Ohio State QB Richard Pryor play in the Bowl games.
Then make LSU RB Ridley stay home and out of the Bowl game.
I will never go fishing with a NCAA member again.
I will regard them as the same way I regard dope fiends.Weak and a lot of bad news.
When I see one of them walking down the street, I will cross over to the other side to walk.I think they are simply a bunch of creeps.

Cam Newton, of course, did not know what his dad was doing. :) Wink, wink.
Ridley's situation is unfortunate, but the classroom may not be a priority with him.
Ford, Blue, and maybe Ware are the most obvious replacements at RB.
Maybe Jefferson runs the ball more in his last game as the starting QB ... before losing his job next year to Mettenberger.

I think that Les Miles is giving his job his best shot.
I also believe that this LSU football team is giving all they have to give.
These young college foot6ball players are of course now pro players.
They do not spend 8 hours daily learning all you can about what it takes to win football game.
The pro players do,and with the size, speed, talent, they look the part.
I think that this LSU football team is doing very well, #-11 in the BCS poll.
What the heck,it could be a lot worse.

It gets very tiring to listen to the college football players today complain about "not having enough money".
So it is OK to bend the rules and make back room deals. Not enough time to study,so he cheats on the next test.
What does the men running the school today say"They did not have the right knowledge".
Does anyone today believe that garbage?
No.
Play by the rules or do not play.
