The gang that couldn't shoot straight

Just like football is mostly about blocking and tackling, basketball is mostly about shooting and defending.

So it's never a good sign when your team is last in the league in shooting.

Meet the LSU Tigers. Last in the SEC in scoring offense. Tied with Auburn for last in field goal percentage at .397.

"We're still struggling to shoot the ball,'' LSU coach Trent Johnson said. "That's been the problem for us...We just didn't knock down open shots.''

It's not a good problem to have going to Ole Miss on Wednesday.

God, O lord dear God,this LSU basketball team can't shoot or hit this side of a Barn Yard.Much less a basketball goal.
I have never seen that before. What kind of a basketball coach did you send us?
Are you pulling our LSU leg?
What did I do that was so very wrong. That would make you do this very cruel thing to us?
Please stop this horrible show, I had enough.
